Bartender – Rove Hotels, Dubai
Rove Hotels is looking for a Bartender to join its Food & Beverage Service team in Dubai. If you love shaking up great drinks, chatting with guests and creating a lively atmosphere, this role puts you right behind the bar of a modern lifestyle hotel brand. You will prepare cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines and other beverages to a high standard, recommend favourites and keep the bar running smoothly from setup to close. Rove guests come from around the world, so your friendly personality and product knowledge will help turn every drink into a great experience. You will keep the bar clean, well stocked and organised, and follow responsible service rules at all times. Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines and other beverages to recipe standards.
- Create a lively, welcoming bar atmosphere and engage with guests.
- Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly in line with UAE regulations and company policy.
- Maintain bar stock, par levels, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash, card payments and end-of-shift reconciliation accurately.
- Set up and close the bar and coordinate with service and kitchen colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, bar or restaurant.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits and beverage service.
- Good English communication and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Valid certifications for responsible alcohol service, where applicable, are an advantage.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
