💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Support bartenders with preparation, restocking, and organisation.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
• Refill ice, garnishes, glassware, and beverage supplies throughout service.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including opening and closing duties.
• Ensure all bar tools and equipment are clean, polished, and ready for use.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Assist with deliveries, storage, and inventory rotation.
• Uphold GAIA’s service and operational standards consistently.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in a barback or support role (preferred).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift, carry, and restock supplies.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the bar team.
