💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Present and serve cocktails, wines, and beverages with accuracy and elegance.
• Provide informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and ingredients.
• Ensure timely service and support bartenders during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar and service areas.
• Engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Assist with table service, order taking, and guest requests as needed.
• Uphold GAIA’s service standards and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, luxury environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, service‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
