💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front‑of‑house team during service.
• Ensure smooth floor operations and consistent service excellence.
• Welcome guests, manage seating, and oversee table service quality.
• Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate service.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery.
• Maintain dining room readiness, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.

✅ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in luxury or high‑volume dining environments.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
