Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking to be part of a luxury dining brand making its international debut in Dubai? Tattu Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Lounge Manager to support our pre-opening team, ensuring seamless lounge operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Role Overview

As the Assistant Lounge Manager, you will work closely with the Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations, guest engagement, and service excellence. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in lounge management, team leadership, and premium guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-opening preparations, ensuring operational readiness and team alignment.
  • Oversee daily lounge operations, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor lounge staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support the Lounge Manager in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Drive guest engagement, service innovation, and brand consistency.
  • Manage staff training, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing and events teams to enhance brand visibility and guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role within luxury lounges, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong operational management, team leadership, and guest service expertise.
  • Ability to develop strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry trends.
  • Passion for creating unforgettable lounge experiences.
