Telephone Operator Job in Dubai – DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf is recruiting a Telephone Operator for its Front Office team in Dubai. You will be the voice of the hotel, answering incoming calls, connecting guests and callers to the right department or room, taking messages and handling wake-up calls with a friendly and professional manner. You will also share information about hotel services and facilities, follow emergency call procedures and coordinate with colleagues across departments so guest requests are handled quickly. This role suits someone with a clear telephone voice, good English and the ability to stay calm and organised when the switchboard gets busy. Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and route them to the right department or guest room.
• Take accurate messages and manage wake-up calls and guest requests.

• Follow emergency call procedures and communicate alerts correctly.
• Keep call logs up to date and coordinate with other departments.

Requirements

• Clear, polite telephone voice with good English.
• Previous switchboard or call-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Discretion and strong attention to detail.
