Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance across all departments
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and revenue targets to meet business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated customer service issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cafe/Restaurant Manager or similar role in F&B
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of cafe operations, cost control, and staff management
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • UAE hospitality experience preferred
