Duties and Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager

  • Lead the full restaurant operation, ensuring consistently high standards of food, beverage and service.
  • Recruit, train, schedule and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage revenue, cost control, inventory and budgets to meet financial targets.

  • Assist with scheduling, stock control and daily operational reports.
  • Engage with guests on the floor to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Restaurant Supervisor

  • Supervise the restaurant floor during assigned shifts and guide waiters, hosts and runners.
  • Ensure the outlet is set up, clean and ready before every service period.
  • Deliver warm, attentive service and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Brief the team on menus, promotions and daily priorities.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety and presentation standards throughout service.

Quality & Brand Experience Executive

  • Conduct regular audits across departments to ensure brand and quality standards are met.

  • Allocate rooms, manage arrivals and departures and handle VIP guest requirements.
  • Resolve guest queries and complaints with a calm, solution-focused approach.
  • Monitor billing accuracy, cash handling and daily front office reports.
  • Train and coach team members on the property management system and service standards.

Telephone Supervisor

  • Manage the telephone and guest communication team to ensure calls are handled promptly and politely.
  • Oversee wake-up calls, guest messages, in-house requests and call routing.
  • Train team members on telephone etiquette, hotel knowledge and emergency call procedures.
  • Monitor call quality and respond to guest feedback on service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled quickly.

Guest Service Agent

  • Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in, check-out and reservations efficiently.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests, in person and by phone.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services and Dubai attractions.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records in the system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments to resolve guest needs.

Requirements

Restaurant Manager

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury or upscale hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, people management and financial skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management preferred.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a quality restaurant or hotel.
  • Good knowledge of F&B operations, service standards and guest handling.
  • Ability to lead a team and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hospitality qualification is an advantage.

Restaurant Supervisor

  • Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Captain or senior waiter in a hotel or fine dining outlet.

  • Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent English communication; proficiency with hotel systems.

Front Office Supervisor

  • Experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior Receptionist in a hotel environment.
  • Good knowledge of property management systems (Opera preferred).
  • Strong guest service and team supervision skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Telephone Supervisor

  • Previous experience in a hotel telephone, guest services or call centre supervisory role.
  • Clear, polished telephone manner and excellent communication skills.

Guest Service Agent
