You will oversee daily food preparation, cooking and presentation, making sure every dish meets the hotel’s quality and brand standards. Beyond the pass, you will control food cost, ordering and stock rotation, enforce HACCP and hygiene practices, and train, schedule and motivate the kitchen brigade. Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience as Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant.
• Strong leadership and menu knowledge.
• Valid HACCP or food safety certification.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
