DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf is hiring an Engineering Supervisor to keep the hotel’s technical systems running safely and reliably. Based in Dubai, you will lead a team of technicians, assign and track daily work orders, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment. Your work directly protects the guest experience, from comfortable rooms to fully operational public areas and kitchens. You will also ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance, manage spare parts and contractors, and help control maintenance costs. Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering technicians and assign daily work orders.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Respond quickly to guest-room and public-area maintenance issues.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across all technical work.
• Manage spare parts, tools and external contractors while controlling costs.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or trade certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or a related field.
• 3+ years of hotel or facility maintenance experience, including supervisory duties.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
