Creneau Hospitality is expanding its front-of-house leadership team and is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations across its Dubai venues. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee service standards, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in coaching the team, managing shift flow, handling guest feedback, and ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Candidates should bring strong leadership skills, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily FOH operations
  • Lead, coach, and schedule service staff
  • Maintain service quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Assist with inventory, cost control, and sales targets
  • Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH teams

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory/management experience in restaurants
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of F&B operations
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
