Buffalo Wings & Rings is expanding across the UAE, and we’re looking for a dynamic Area Director of Operations to lead our growing network of restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about operational excellence. As we prepare to open our third branch, we need a leader who can drive performance, uphold brand standards, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards, service quality, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate management teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor budgets, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on expansion plans and new openings.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed operational reports.

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the F&B or hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel between branches and work varied schedules.
