Waitress – 111 Management (Dubai, UAE)

111 Management, a leading Dubai-based hospitality management and investment group, is hiring an experienced Waitress to join its front-of-house team. The company operates a portfolio of distinctive restaurant and lounge concepts across Dubai, known for elevated dining experiences and strong service standards. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality who takes pride in attentive, polished guest service. Russian language proficiency is preferred, and Eastern European candidates are highly encouraged to apply. As a Waitress, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience — from taking orders to ensuring every table receives seamless, professional service throughout their visit. If you’re looking to grow your hospitality career with an established, award-recognized group, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
  • Deliver attentive, timely table service throughout the guest’s visit
  • Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to enhance the dining experience
  • Handle billing, payments, and guest requests with accuracy and courtesy
  • Maintain cleanliness and setup standards for assigned tables and service areas

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a waitress/server, ideally in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
  • Russian language proficiency preferred
  • Eastern European candidates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong guest service orientation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

About 111 Management

111 Management is a Dubai-based hospitality management and investment group, delivering end-to-end expertise across the full lifecycle of F&B and lifestyle concepts — from initial concept creation to multi-unit expansion. The company operates as an owner-operator, strategic partner, and investor, building and scaling distinctive hospitality brands rather than a single chain concept.

Its Dubai portfolio includes well-known names such as Kaspia, Beefbar, Le Petit Beefbar, Le Majlis, and Moishi — several of which have received industry recognition, including Favourite Steakhouse at the FACT Magazine Dining Awards. The team combines strong brand positioning, hands-on operational management, and a genuine investment in staff development.
