TBK Dubai is seeking enthusiastic and service‑oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join our vibrant team at Asma and Tok, two of our signature restaurant concepts located in Galleria Mall and Al Khawaneej Walk. 📝 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional table service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Present menus, take accurate orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and customer‑service orientation
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to join within 15–30 days
