TBK Dubai is seeking enthusiastic and service‑oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join our vibrant team at Asma and Tok, two of our signature restaurant concepts located in Galleria Mall and Al Khawaneej Walk. 📝 Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Present menus, take accurate orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and customer‑service orientation
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to join within 15–30 days
