Creekside Hotel Dubai is hiring enthusiastic Waiters / Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is perfect for service-minded individuals who deliver attentive, friendly, and efficient dining experiences. You will be the frontline ambassador for our outlets, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and well cared for from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate combines strong service skills with a positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to upholding food-safety and presentation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Order Management: Relay orders to kitchen and bar, monitor order timing, and ensure correct delivery to tables.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness of dining areas, and ensure attractive table presentation.
  • Upselling: Recommend menu items, daily specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Billing & POS: Process bills, handle payments, and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Food Safety: Follow hygiene, food-handling, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Teamwork: Coordinate with hosts, kitchen, bar, and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Guest Recovery: Respond to guest feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in restaurant or hotel F&B service preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, attentive service, and basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Appearance: Professional, well-groomed presentation and friendly demeanor.
  • Physical: Able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and perform physical tasks during shifts.
  • Availability: Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Language & Tech: Good command of English; additional languages and POS familiarity are advantages.
  • Attitude: Team player, punctual, reliable, and guest-focused.
