Waiter / Waitress – Russian Speaker — Regency Luxury Suites, Dubai Marina
Regency Luxury Suites in Dubai Marina is hiring a Waiter/Waitress fluent in Russian to join its Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism, guide them through the menu, and ensure every dining experience matches the property’s high service standards. Since Regency Luxury Suites hosts a diverse, international clientele, fluency in Russian is important for delivering clear, personalized service to Russian-speaking guests, alongside good English communication skills. You’ll work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure orders are accurate and timely, keep dining areas presentable, and handle guest feedback with a positive, solution-focused attitude. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in guest satisfaction, and is looking to build a long-term career in F&B service within a luxury setting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations, including to Russian-speaking guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to hotel standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor concerns, escalating when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B service, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
