Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is hiring a Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team in Dubai. In this guest-facing role, you’ll be at the heart of the dining experience — welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring every table receives warm, attentive, and efficient service from arrival to departure. This position suits someone with genuine hospitality instincts, strong product knowledge, and the energy to keep pace during busy service periods across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You’ll work within a well-established F&B outlet backed by IHG’s international service standards, with opportunities to grow into senior F&B roles over time. Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly table service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area
- Upsell menu items and share knowledge of daily specials
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude
