Mystic Mist – House of Rituals, a premium lounge opening in Downtown Dubai, is looking for warm, attentive Waiters and Waitresses to join its founding team. Set against the backdrop of the Burj Khalifa, Mystic Mist offers guests an elevated hospitality experience built around ritual, atmosphere, and genuine care. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of the guest journey — guiding visitors through the menu, anticipating their needs, and delivering seamless, attentive service from arrival to departure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new venue in one of Dubai’s most prestigious locations and grow with a premium hospitality concept from its very first day. We’re looking for candidates who are guest-focused, well-presented, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence
• Take accurate food, beverage, and shisha orders and relay them efficiently
• Deliver attentive, timely table service throughout the guest journey
• Upsell menu items and specials in a natural, guest-focused manner
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining, lounge, or hospitality service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, guest-focused, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Basic English proficiency required
