💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and present menus with confidence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining room presentation
• Provide personalized recommendations and upsell when appropriate
• Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and bar teams
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism
• Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
• Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environment

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous fine‑dining experience preferred; Italian concepts are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
