Waiter

Pera Palace is seeking a service‑driven and energetic Waiter to join our expanding restaurant operations team in Dubai. As a Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, strong product knowledge, and a warm, professional approach. The ideal candidate is confident, guest‑focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus with professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly and according to service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with care
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or hotel (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to guest satisfaction
