We’re Hiring! – Floor Supervisors (2 Positions)

Jamie’s Italian – Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi & Dubai Mall, Dubai

Jamie’s Italian is looking for two experienced and service‑driven Floor Supervisors to join our growing team across the UAE. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in leadership, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Floor Supervisor, you will support daily operations, guide the FOH team, and uphold the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate, and support FOH team members during service
  • Maintain high standards of guest experience and ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Monitor table turnover, seating flow, and overall service efficiency
  • Assist in training new staff and reinforcing Jamie’s Italian service standards
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
  • Support management with shift reports, inventory checks, and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or senior FOH role in a casual dining or high‑volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • A guest‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
  • Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Immediate joiners preferred
