Supervisor — The Lounge by Limited, Nad Al Sheeba Mall, Dubai

About the Role The Lounge by Limited is hiring a Supervisor to help lead its front-of-house team ahead of opening at Nad Al Sheeba Mall, Dubai. As Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service flow, and support the team in delivering the elevated, curated guest experience the brand is built around. You will play a key role in training staff, handling guest feedback, and maintaining operational and service standards during this exciting pre-opening phase. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader to help shape a brand-new concept from the ground up.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team during shifts.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor stock, cash handling, and reporting procedures.
• Support rostering, opening/closing duties, and training of new staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems and cash reconciliation.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
