Supervisor – Mystic Mist, Downtown Dubai

Mystic Mist – House of Rituals, a premium lounge destination opening in Downtown Dubai, is hiring an experienced Supervisor to join its founding team. Set against the iconic backdrop of the Burj Khalifa, Mystic Mist blends refined hospitality with the ceremony of ritual, offering guests a sensory experience that goes beyond a typical night out. As Supervisor, you will lead the floor team, uphold service standards, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the operational culture of a brand-new Downtown Dubai venue from day one. We’re looking for a confident, hands-on leader with strong F&B experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and organized during high-volume service. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow across all sections
  • Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff during each shift
  • Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and shisha teams to maintain timing and quality
  • Support scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and stock checks

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory F&B or hospitality role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in premium lounges, restaurants, or shisha venues preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
