Steward – Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, a Michelin Key-recognized all-inclusive luxury resort in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Steward to join its back-of-house team. This role plays a key part in keeping kitchen operations running smoothly, ensuring all equipment, crockery, and utensils meet the resort’s hygiene standards across multiple dining outlets. As Steward, you’ll support the kitchen team during busy service periods, maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, and help uphold the resort’s high standards of hygiene and safety. Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures
• Support kitchen team during peak service periods
• Follow all hygiene and safety protocols

Requirements

• Previous stewarding experience preferred
• Basic understanding of hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility for shift work
