Steward – Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE

Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE is looking for a hardworking and dependable Steward to join our back-of-house team in Dubai. As a Steward, you will play an essential role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of equipment, utensils, and workstations. This role is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in maintaining high sanitation standards, and enjoys supporting a team during busy service periods. While the focus is on cleaning and sanitation, you’ll also have the opportunity to support kitchen staff with basic tasks and gain exposure to restaurant operations. Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed
• Dispose of kitchen waste following hygiene and safety procedures
• Ensure kitchen equipment is stored properly and kept in good working condition
• Restock kitchen supplies and cleaning materials as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards throughout each shift

Requirements

• Previous stewarding or kitchen support experience preferred
• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in a kitchen environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work flexible and rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude
