TBK Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef (Arabic Speaker) to join our culinary team at Asma and Tok, located in Galleria Mall and Al Khawaneej Walk. 📝 Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency
- Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to TBK standards
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety
- Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation, and reduce wastage
- Support menu development and contribute new ideas
- Ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Handle kitchen issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive kitchen environment
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high‑volume restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for culinary excellence
- Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken)
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to join within 15–30 days
