VOGO Grand Hotel & KSK Homes Dubai are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales Manager – MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) to lead our group sales efforts. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong industry connections, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute MICE sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners
  • Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and event plans
  • Collaborate with operations and F&B teams to ensure flawless event execution
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MICE or group sales within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s corporate and events market preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
