General Cook – Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE

Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE is looking for a hardworking and passionate General Cook to join our kitchen team in Dubai. As a General Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing our signature wings and menu items to the brand’s exact standards, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is consistent in taste, quality, and presentation. This role suits individuals with solid kitchen experience who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and take pride in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety at their station. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly during busy game-day rushes and everyday operations alike. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following standardized recipes and portioning guidelines
• Set up, maintain, and break down a clean and organized kitchen station
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistently meet brand standards
• Monitor food storage, labeling, and stock rotation to reduce waste and maintain freshness
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation during service
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times
• Assist with inventory checks and communicate stock needs to the kitchen supervisor

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety standards, and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently and stay focused in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Food safety certification is an advantage
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
