Waitress / Waiter – Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE

Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and guest-focused Waitress/Waiter to join our growing front-of-house team in Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our brand on the floor, delivering the bold flavors and lively sports-restaurant atmosphere that Buffalo Wings & Rings is known for around the world. You’ll take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience. Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the table and present menus with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while following presentation standards
• Recommend menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive sales
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns quickly
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables throughout service
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and hosting staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or F&B outlet preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods
• Physically fit and able to remain on your feet for extended shifts
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive, energetic attitude and a strong team-player mentality
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
