About the Role The Lounge by Limited is hiring Baristas to join its beverage team ahead of opening at Nad Al Sheeba Mall, Dubai. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve coffee and beverages to brand standard, engaging with guests and helping bring the menu’s coffee offering to life. Working under the Head Barista, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your craft within a brand-new, design-forward hospitality concept from AP&Co. Hospitality, ideal for candidates passionate about specialty coffee and delivering a warm, memorable guest experience from day one.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Engage with guests and recommend menu items.
• Support stock checks and restocking of supplies.
• Follow hygiene and food safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Good understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
• Friendly, guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
