Bartender – Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE

Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE is seeking a skilled, charismatic, and service-driven Bartender to join our team in Dubai. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating the lively, game-day atmosphere our brand is known for, crafting quality beverages while engaging guests with energy and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for preparing drinks to brand standards, keeping the bar clean and well-stocked, and ensuring every guest at the bar has a great experience. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for mixology and hospitality, who can stay composed and efficient even during peak hours. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times
• Monitor and manage bar stock levels, assisting with inventory counts and reordering
• Engage with guests to create a lively, welcoming bar atmosphere
• Recommend drinks and pairings based on guest preferences
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle payments
• Follow responsible beverage service procedures and age-verification protocols
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, coordinated service

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel setting
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent guest interaction and multitasking skills
• Valid food and beverage/alcohol service certification (where applicable)
• Ability to work efficiently and stay composed under pressure during busy hours
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
