Hostess – Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE

Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE is looking for a warm, confident, and service-oriented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant in Dubai. As the first point of contact for every guest, you will set the tone for their entire dining experience, greeting them with genuine hospitality and ensuring a smooth, well-organized seating process. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally personable, organized, and calm under pressure, with a strong ability to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow during busy periods. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly while representing the energetic, sports-focused spirit of the Buffalo Wings & Rings brand. Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage table reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently
• Coordinate seating arrangements in line with table availability and guest preferences
• Communicate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth guest flow
• Provide guests with menus and basic information about the restaurant
• Handle initial guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area
• Assist with answering phone calls and managing reservation bookings

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hostess or front-of-house role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and guest-focused presentation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
