House Keeper – Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE

Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented House Keeper to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the restaurant, ensuring that both guest-facing and back-of-house areas consistently meet our brand’s high standards. You’ll follow structured cleaning routines, restock supplies, and flag any maintenance issues to keep operations running smoothly. Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant’s dining and back-of-house areas
• Follow daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning checklists consistently
• Restock and organize cleaning supplies, amenities, and restroom essentials
• Ensure restrooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness standards at all times
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
• Support the wider team during high-traffic periods to maintain overall restaurant presentation

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality or F&B preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning protocols
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
