Sales associate - FemaleJob Description:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the Alfahim brand — delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance across our luxury and lifestyle product lines. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to grow their career in retail sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and awareness of current promotions
• Ensure the store is presentable and merchandise is well-displayed
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory (especially for Arabic-speaking applicants)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Open to working in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Al Ain
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
