TBK Dubai is looking for a dedicated and service‑driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Asma and Tok, two of our flagship branches located in Galleria Mall and Al Khawaneej Walk. This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver consistent excellence
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
  • Coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams
  • Assist with staff scheduling, reporting, and shift management
  • Support management in achieving sales and service goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to join within 15–30 days
