We are looking for dedicated and detail‑oriented Prep Chefs to support our culinary operations and ensure smooth kitchen workflow. As a Prep Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen organization, and supporting chefs across all sections. 🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning
• Assist chefs with mise en place for all sections
• Ensure all food items are stored, labeled, and rotated properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and storage rooms
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and preparation standards
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines

✅ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Prep Chef, Commis, or similar role
• Strong understanding of basic cooking and preparation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
• Good knife skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
