Buffalo Wings & Rings UAE is expanding rapidly, and with our third branch opening soon, we’re looking for skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our growing culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food preparation, kitchen operations, and delivering consistent quality in a fast‑paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring every dish meets our brand standards — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly executed. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency, uphold hygiene standards, and support smooth service during peak hours. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
  • Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and consistency of all dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and inventory management.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report equipment issues or shortages to the kitchen supervisor or chef.

✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or Commis Chef in a casual dining or high‑volume kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Culinary training or certification is an advantage.
