Junior Barista

CLAP OF FLOUR, an exciting new pasta bar concept opening soon at Canal Front, Dubai, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Barista to join our Front of House team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a dynamic all‑day dining or upscale dining environment. As a Junior Barista, you will support the Senior Barista in beverage preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and deliver warm, friendly service to every guest. If you are energetic, well‑presented, and committed to growing your skills in a professional hospitality setting, we would love to meet you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages
• Support Senior Barista in daily bar operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee bar
• Restock supplies and ensure proper inventory levels
• Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive guest service
• Follow recipes, brand standards, and presentation guidelines
• Assist with takeaway orders and POS operations when needed
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Must be locally available in the UAE
• Experience in all‑day dining or upscale dining concepts (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player with a guest‑focused mindset
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
