Hostess – Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum | Front-of-House Jobs in Dubai
Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is hiring a Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at its Food & Beverage outlets in Dubai. As the face of the restaurant, you’ll greet arriving guests, manage reservations and the waitlist, and ensure a smooth, well-organized seating flow throughout service. This role calls for someone polished, confident, and naturally welcoming, who can stay organized even during the busiest periods. You’ll represent the first impression of the Holiday Inn brand’s warm, consistent hospitality, working alongside a supportive front-of-house team backed by international IHG standards. Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage table reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow
- Provide guests with menu information and answer general queries
- Maintain the entrance and reception area in a neat, presentable condition
Requirements
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, polished, and welcoming personality
- Strong organizational skills, especially during high-traffic periods
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
