Hostess – Rocambole’s Co Italian Restaurant, Dubai

Rocambole’s Co, an Italian restaurant in Dubai backed by Infini Concepts, is looking for a warm and organized Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. This role is perfect for someone with a natural gift for making guests feel at home from the moment they arrive, and who thrives on coordinating a smooth, well-paced dining flow. You’ll manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements while working closely with our servers and bar team to keep service running seamlessly, even during our busiest hours. We’re looking for candidates with previous experience in a hostess or guest relations role, excellent presentation, and strong organizational skills. If you have a genuine passion for Italian hospitality, a calm and friendly demeanor, and are currently based in Dubai, we’d love to welcome you to our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the entrance and manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turnover and dining flow
• Handle phone and online booking inquiries with a warm, professional tone
• Manage guest waitlists during peak hours while keeping guests informed and comfortable
• Maintain the front-of-house area’s appearance to reflect the restaurant’s upscale Italian ambiance

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hostess or guest relations role within hospitality
• Polished presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills for managing reservations and seating
• Calm, friendly demeanor even during high-demand periods
• Must currently be based in Dubai
