🔹 Position: Head Waiter

Location: Dubai, UAE

🔸 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality
  • Guide guests through menu offerings, provide recommendations, and ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Support the Supervisor in managing service flow and maintaining operational efficiency
  • Lead by example in guest interaction, table management, and service etiquette
  • Ensure tables are set, maintained, and cleared according to brand standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior service staff

🔸 Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or senior service role in high‑end restaurants, luxury hotels, or beach clubs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Currently based in the UAE and available for an in‑person interview
  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering elevated guest experiences
