☕ Duties & Responsibilities
Outlet Manager
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve service excellence
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure brand standards and hygiene compliance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
Waiter
- Provide attentive and friendly guest service
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and table setup standards
- Support team members during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries professionally
Barista
- Prepare high-quality specialty coffee beverages
- Maintain coffee bar cleanliness and equipment
- Engage with customers and provide product knowledge
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage stock for coffee beans and bar supplies
Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintain workstation hygiene and food safety
- Assist in menu development and new dish creation
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service
- Monitor portion control and reduce wastage
📌 Requirements (All Positions)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the same role
- UAE hospitality experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
