Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a section of the dining room, ensuring seamless, elegant service throughout each shift
  • Guide, train, and support waiters and runners, maintaining Cipriani’s exacting service standards
  • Build rapport with regular and VIP guests, anticipating needs and personalizing their experience
  • Oversee table settings, timing of courses, and overall flow of service in coordination with the kitchen
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and gracefully

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Head Waiter or senior server in fine dining
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of food, wine, and formal service etiquette
  • Well-groomed, professional presentation
