Cipriani Doha is seeking energetic, detail-oriented Runners to join its front-of-house team on Doha’s waterfront. As part of a globally renowned Venetian hospitality house, our runners play a vital role in keeping service smooth, timely, and precise, bridging the gap between the kitchen and the dining room. Duties & Responsibilities
- Transport food and beverage orders from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately
- Confirm dish accuracy and presentation standards before delivery to the table
- Support waiters with clearing, resetting, and general table maintenance
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to keep the pace of service smooth
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and pantry areas
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Food Runner or in a similar F&B support role is a plus
- Physically fit and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant
