Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive table service from greeting through to farewell
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and offer thoughtful recommendations to guests
- Accurately take and relay orders, ensuring timely coordination with the kitchen and bar
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of assigned stations throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant preferred
- Strong communication skills and a polished, guest-focused attitude
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy service periods
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
