Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic Cipriani cocktails, wines, and beverages to the highest standard
- Engage guests at the bar with genuine hospitality and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate stock levels, requisitions, and bar inventory
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure timely beverage service to tables
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, ideally in a fine-dining or high-volume venue
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Excellent guest interaction and multitasking skills
- Certification in responsible beverage service is an advantage
- Well-presented with a professional, hospitable demeanor
