Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Floor Supervisor to join our premium chocolate and gelato retail team in Mushaireb, Qatar. As part of Venchi’s expanding presence in the region, the Floor Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and consistent brand standards. You will support the Store Manager, oversee staff performance on the floor, and maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient store environment. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure high service standards.
• Support the Store Manager with staff coordination and task delegation.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Monitor product displays, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and motivating team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
