📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating flow efficiently
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries and bookings
• Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth table turnover
• Provide menu information and basic guidance when needed
• Uphold brand standards in appearance, communication, and guest interaction

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer‑facing hospitality roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident, friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
