Duties and Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Manager
- Plan and run the resort’s digital strategy across social media, search, email and paid channels
- Manage the website, booking-funnel content and SEO to drive direct bookings
- Oversee online campaigns and track performance, ROI and audience growth
- Coordinate with sales, design and content teams to keep brand messaging consistent
- Manage online reputation, reviews and influencer or partner collaborations
2. Training Manager
- Design and deliver pre-opening and ongoing training programmes for all departments
- Run orientation and service-standard workshops aligned with brand values
- Assess skills gaps and build development plans for team members
- Maintain training records, schedules and evaluation reports
- Work with department heads to improve guest satisfaction through coaching
3. Assistant Manager – People & Culture
- Support recruitment, onboarding and induction for the pre-opening team
- Maintain employee records, contracts and visa and labour-compliance documentation
- Handle employee relations, engagement activities and welfare matters
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance and performance-review processes
- Promote a positive workplace culture and apply HR policies consistently
4. Graphic Designer / Video Content Creator
- Produce creative visuals for digital, print, signage and social media
- Shoot, edit and publish video content that showcases the resort experience
- Create campaign assets, brochures, presentations and sales collateral
- Keep all creative output consistent with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on content calendars and fast turnarounds
5. Marketing Coordinator
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and events
- Coordinate content, photography and collateral with internal and external teams
- Maintain the marketing calendar, budgets tracking and supplier communication
- Update website and social platforms and monitor engagement
- Prepare reports on campaign results and market activity
6. Sales Manager – Groups & Events
- Develop and close group, MICE, wedding and corporate event business
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and manage client relationships
- Work with operations and F&B teams to deliver events to a high standard
- Identify new corporate accounts, agencies and event planners
- Meet revenue targets and report on pipeline and forecasts
7. Sales Manager – Leisure
- Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators and online partners
- Drive leisure room and package sales to meet revenue goals
- Negotiate rates and contracts and manage key leisure accounts
- Represent the resort at roadshows, trade fairs and sales missions
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategy
8. Sales Executive
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections and sales calls
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on proposals
- Support senior sales managers with account management and reporting
- Represent the resort professionally at sales and promotional events
9. Sales Coordinator
- Handle booking enquiries, quotations and contract documentation
- Coordinate client requirements with operational departments
- Maintain sales databases, files and reports accurately
- Support the sales team with scheduling, correspondence and event logistics
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and partners
10. Assistant Front Office Manager
- Supervise front desk, concierge and guest-arrival operations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out and a memorable first impression

- Monitor occupancy, room allocation and daily reports with the PMS
11. Assistant Housekeeping Manager
- Oversee room and public-area cleanliness and presentation standards

- Coordinate with front office and maintenance on room readiness
- Enforce hygiene, health and safety procedures
12. Assistant Restaurant Manager

Requirements
Digital Marketing Manager: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality; strong SEO, paid media and analytics skills; excellent written English.
Training Manager: Degree in hospitality, HR or education; proven experience as a hotel or resort trainer; strong presentation and facilitation skills; knowledge of service standards and training methods.
Assistant Manager – People & Culture: Degree in HR or business administration; 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in hospitality; knowledge of UAE labour law; strong communication and discretion.
Graphic Designer / Video Content Creator: Diploma or degree in design or media; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video-editing tools; strong portfolio; ability to work independently on tight deadlines.
Marketing Coordinator: Degree in marketing or communications; 1–3 years of experience; good social media and content skills; organised, detail-oriented and creative.
Sales Manager – Groups & Events: Degree in hospitality or business; 5+ years of hotel sales experience in groups, MICE or events; established UAE client network; strong negotiation skills.
Sales Manager – Leisure: Degree in hospitality or business; 5+ years of leisure sales experience; strong contacts with travel agents and tour operators; target-driven mindset.
Sales Executive: Degree or diploma in hospitality, sales or marketing; 2–3 years of hotel or resort sales experience; good communication and CRM knowledge.
Sales Coordinator: Diploma in hospitality or business; 1–2 years of sales administration experience; strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
Assistant Front Office Manager: Diploma or degree in hospitality; 3+ years in front office, with supervisory experience in a 4–5 star hotel; knowledge of Opera or similar PMS; excellent guest-service skills.
Assistant Housekeeping Manager: Diploma in hospitality; 3+ years in housekeeping with supervisory experience in luxury hotels or resorts; strong inspection and inventory skills.
Assistant Restaurant Manager: Diploma in hospitality or F&B; 3+ years in restaurant supervision in 4–5 star properties; strong leadership, service and food-safety knowledge.
General for all roles: fluent English (Arabic or other languages are a plus), pre-opening experience preferred, flexibility to work on a remote island location, and eligibility to work in the UAE.
